fix(smithery): Add JSON Schema metadata to mcp-config endpoint

Add proper JSON Schema metadata fields per Smithery documentation:
- $schema: JSON Schema draft-07
- $id: Schema identifier URL
- title: Human-readable title
- description: Schema description
- x-query-style: "flat" (no nested objects in our schema)
- additionalProperties: false
